Policies

RESERVATION: Payment in full must be received to hold your reservation. Payment may be made by personal, cashier, or traveler’s check, made out to Windance Cottage.

CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund of
any monies received unless we are able to rebook the dates. A full refund minus a $50.00 administration fee will be refunded if cancellation is more than 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposits are fully refunded if the provisions for security deposit refund are met.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is a damage/security deposit of $250. Your security/damage deposit will be refunded within 14 business days of the departure date provided the premises are left undamaged with all the inventory in tact and no excessive cleaning is required.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed.

PHONE: The phone can be used for local calls only. A calling card must be used for long distance calls. The phone number at the cottage is (360) 378-6048.

SMOKING: Windance Cottage is a no smoking facility. This includes all of the property.
